Piezoelectric filters
JSC “ONIIP” has more than 50-year experience of development and production of piezoelectric filters. Piezoelectric filters are applied as high-selective, high-stable systems of professional communication equipment and control equipment. Developed by JSC “ONIIP” piezoelectric filters are made on crystal – quartz, langasite and lithium tantalate, on mesa structures they are characterized by wide frequency band, high electric parameters, low mass and size. Active piezoelectric filters have functions of selection and gain, they provide easy matching, low intermodulation distortions and lesser dimensions in comparison with traditional filters executed on passive circuit basis. On the customer’s request piezoelectric filters can be - with specifed level of intermodulation distortions; - with specified load resistance Active piezoelectric filters characteristics: - frequency range 40…500kHz - fractional bandwidth 0.01…3% - stopband attenuation 20…80 dB - gain max.30 dB - current consumption 1 mA Passive piezoelectric filters characteristics: - frequency range 0.5…160 MHz - fractional bandwidth 0.01…3% - stopband attenuation 40…60 dB - insertion loss max.2 dB |
