Stationary HF communication complexes
Receiving and transmitting stationary radio centers developed by JSC “ONIIP” specialists provide reliable information exchange in radio networks and radio routs with length up to 10 000 km. The structure, composition and operation algorithms of stationary radio centers and communication centers on their basis are adapted to supply the needs of any sector of the national economy.
Radio and communication centers are constructed on the basis of automatic remote-control radio communication facilities and automated multipurpose operator workspaces, connected by local computational networks into a single informational structure with reprogrammable operation algorithms.
The main hardware components, applied for packaging radio centers (antenna-feeder devices, commutators of HF and LF signals, radio receivers and transmitters, data transmission modems, specific radio links signals formers, interfaces with legacy hardware of radio centers, automated operator workspaces, etc.) are the in-house designs of JSC “ONIIP”.
Automated communication centers provide:
- automated remote control of hardware of receiving and transmitting centers during preparing and in the process of communicating;
- control of the state and functioning of receiving and transmitting centers hardware;
- interaction channels reservation of receiving and transmitting centers in controlling hardware;
- intercommunication between operators of automated workspaces and duty operators of receiving and transmitting centers on the basis of IP technology;
- advance planning and control of communication session routine;
- accounting the results of communication sessions and transmitted/received radiograms;
- database maintenance and forming reports;
- providing the functioning of reception paths and the reconstruction of formed transmission paths during the power failures.
The structure of the developed radio centers provides scaling and modernization during all their service life in order to increase the bandwidth and the reliability level of communication at the expense of upgrading the amount of hardware and replacing non-automated operators workspaces by automated ones as well as developing the operation algorithms of software.
Scientific and technical experience of JSC “ONIIP” specialists, got while doing the cycle of design, installation and commissioning works at receiving and transmitting centers, made it possible to start designing automated communication centers based on digital reception facilities, digital processing and forming signals with modular adaptive architecture.
