The report is devoted to substantiation of methods of calculation of the field intensity of the ground wave for LF-MF-HF communication lines at the high-latitude multisectional impedance paths. The surface impedance of sea areas in summer and winter time is ñonsidered. The methods of calculation of earth wave field over inhomogeneous impedance paths, including over the layered-inhomogeneous structure «ice – sea», are developed.

Certain difficulties are connected to modeling of HF propagation conditions in high latitudes. One of the used models is the International Reference model of ionosphere IRI. Its testing in the conditions of high latitudes was led in the core by way of example of a critical frequency f0F2. In the present paper, the estimation of deviations of modeling maximum usable frequencies and propagation time from the experimental values for 17 paths of the Russian north in quiet conditions is fulfilled on February, 13th 2014. It is shown that adaptation of the IRI model to f0F2 current diagnostics increases correspondence and deduces estimations on level of deviations for medians which are the lower limit.

SIMULATION OF WIRE ANTENNAS COATED BY DIELECTRIC BY MEANS OF NEC-2 CODE
© A.S. Yurkov
The paper describes a method for simulation of wire antennas coated by dielectric. The method is based on the description of the cylindrical surfaces, constituting the antenna, as closed surfaces with a given surface impedance. The solution of the boundary problem of electrodynamics out off these surfaces can be accomplished numerically by well-known NEC-2 code. Under this surfaces the solution can be obtained analytically. In the case of wire antenna coated by dielectric the surface impedance has inductive character, it can be simulated as inductive load of corresponding antenna segments. In the thin-wire approximation a simple equation for distributed inductance, simulating the presence of dielectric coating, is derived. The possibility of Goubau line modelling within framework of this approach is also pointed out.

CALCULATION OF LOSSES OF HF RADIO REFLECTED FROM THE GROUND
© M.M. Anishin, L.P. Radio
The paper presents a method of calculating one of the most important energy characteristics of HF communication channel – loss of HF radio waves by reflection from the surface of the Earth to the multi-hop radio links. It describes in detail the algorithm for finding the reflection losses, taking into account the operating frequency, the angle of incidence of the beam, its polarization and reflecting surface parameters. On the basis of the algorithm, calculations and conclusions about the behavior of the energy performance in different conditions are performed.

SYSTEMS OF PREDISTORTIONS INPUT ON THE BASIS OF CORRECTING TABLES
© I.E. Kashchenko
This paper describes the system of balancing of nonlinear distortions of decameter transistor radio transmitters developed by the author. It is based on the principle of distortion of signal incoming into radio transmitter. Input predistortions are calculated on the basis of correcting tables of phase and amplitude of the signal, which provides high effectiveness of work of the system by way of example of real radio transmitters.

© A.I. Markov
The analysis of influence of inductances of outputs of the relay on change of a step of reorganization in the discrete inductance is carried out. Origin of non-uniformity of a step of reorganization is revealed. The calculation method of values of elements of the discrete inductance is resulted, allowing eliminating such non-uniformity.
